One of the major benefits of owning an electric car is how little maintenance it requires and the remarkable decline in the amount of money owners have to shell out to keep it on the road.

But that inevitable comparison of an average 20 moving parts in an electric car to 20,000 in ICE vehicles lulls some owners into thinking they don’t really have to do much of anything to keep their EV running smoothly.
