Where there is smoke there is fire. Rumors have it Victoria and Saanich signed a deal to scrap all its diesel and gas fleet cars and switch to 100% electric.

VLC welcomes this move, if true,  to sustainable energy that may be the beginning of cleaning up our cities of harmful diesel and gas emissions.
