VEVC Visits Wheel-O-Rama

In its ongoing efforts to reach a wider audience of Vancouver Island drivers, the Victoria Electric Vehicle Club will be making its first appearance at Nanaimo’s signature car show “Wheel-O-Rama” this weekend.

In partnership with “Emotive”, the VEVC will be showing EVs and hosting a coffee chat for North Island members distant from our usual venues.

If you’re in Nanaimo this Saturday, you’ll find us among a large display of EVs at Beban Park (2300 Bowen Road) from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

The coffee get together will be held in that location from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM and hosted by club VP David Grove, board member Kira Antinuk as well as Parksville resident member, Jim Hindson.

Pick up a food and beverage from one of the many show options and drop by “Electric Avenue” to meet fellow club members and get all your EV questions and concerns addressed.
