Following their discussions with VEVC members at Saturday’s coffee chat, Tesla has updated the club on the issues raised.
Tesla is placing one permanent technician on the island and one rotating technician every other week working out of Fernie’s Autobody in Victoria.
Victoria residents, please submit all requests for service through the Tesla App by simply clicking the “schedule service” option.
For other island Tesla owners, please submit service requests through BCMobile_service@tesla.com with your VIN number and the issue you are having.
All Tesla owners are asked to update the cellphone numbers on your Tesla Account. Going forward, more communication will be done via text from Advisors or Technicians on diagnostics and servicing the vehicle.
