Of Local Interest — Week of November 17

 Two DCFC chargers are now in operation at the Colwood location. BC
Hydro advises that the original (older) unit will be replaced with a newer
model soon.

The Mid-Island EV group at their meeting on November 17,  decided to
apply for Society Status in BC. Expect a full slate of meetings next year.
They are also starting up a weekly coffee chat group.

The Petro Canada Level 3 Chargers now open at Terminal Avenue and Princess Royal Avenue in Nanaimo are up and running — and operating free of charge until the new year.
