BC Hydro Updates Service

BC Hydro has issued the following update regarding support for their charging system. I believe this is the service change we’ve been expecting…

“We went live today with moving fast charging support to the BC Hydro call centres. The new number is being applied with stickers to all the Greenlots fast chargers over the next few days and all the Plugshare listings have been updated today.

We would encourage you and your members to call to give our agents some challenging scenarios!

The current hours BC Hydro will be taking EV calls is 7am-8pm M-F and 9-5pm Saturday and Greenlots will continue to provide service outside those hours for 24/7 coverage. We’ll expand the BC Hydro hours next month.”
