Airport Pick-up Grand Pacific Open 2016
Welcome to Victoria!
A Family from Saskatchewan arrived on March 23, 2016 for the The Grand Pacific Open, BC’s biggest chess tournament held this Easter weekend.
A special Easter experience, a ride in an electric car, will surely be be talked qabout once they are home!
A special thanks to the Victoria Chess Club and the EV Owners from the five families for providing an opportunity to ride in a LEAF and Tesla. They never had a chance to ride in an electric car before, the visitors told us.
A second electric car was necessary to get this family and all their luggage on the way to Victoria.
